Dominick DeSarro brings over four decades of expertise in both acute and long-term care senior management. As Vice President of Pharmacy Services, he oversees all aspects of the long-term care pharmacy servicing more than 7,000 residents. Dominick earned his Bachelor of Science in Health Service Management from Quinnipiac University and a Master’s degree in the same field from Wagner College. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. His career spans senior executive roles in both nonprofit and for-profit healthcare organizations. Dominick resides in Bradenton, Florida with his wife, Maryann. Together they have three children and two grandchildren.

Director of Pharmacy Operations

Phil Layman is an accomplished pharmacy professional with extensive experience in healthcare management. In his role as Director of Pharmacy Operations, he leads the pharmacy team, emphasizing quality, efficiency, and superior patient results. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from Nova Southeastern University, and built a career that spans clinical practice, managed care and long-term care. Phil resides in Orlando, Florida with his wife, Nicole, who is also a pharmacist. Their shared dedication to healthcare extends to their two children, both of whom have chosen careers in pharmacy.

Pharm. D., Director of Clinical Services

Laurie Mosier, Pharm. D., is a skilled pharmacist with a broad range of experience across various organizations. Her career has evolved from verifying prescriptions to earning a Florida Consultant Pharmacist license, and further advancing to specialize as an infused Pulmonary Hypertension pharmacist and serving as a Consultant Pharmacist. She earned her Doctorate of Pharmacy from the University of Florida College of Pharmacy. Outside of her professional life, Laurie enjoys renovating a cottage in Michigan with her husband, who is also a pharmacist, and spending quality time with her two sons.

Pharmacy Controller

Kathy Shaw is a seasoned healthcare professional dedicated to helping organizations optimize their financial performance and operational efficiency. As Pharmacy Controller, her expertise spans healthcare operations, payer relations, revenue cycle management, process improvement, and strategic implementation. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida and a master’s degree from the University of St. Francis. Kathy lives in Oviedo, Florida and is the mother of four adult children. Kathy values family above all and considers parenting the most rewarding and significant role of her life.

Billing and Data Entry Supervisor

In her role as Billing and Data Entry Supervisor, her meticulous attention to detail and dedication to precision play a crucial role in ensuring the team delivers top-notch care. With over 18 years of experience, Jillian possesses a profound knowledge of the long-term care pharmacy sector and offers valuable perspectives on the intricacies involved in caring for older adults. Jillian lives in Orlando, Florida with her husband Wesley, is a devoted mother of three children and finds joy in doing anything creative.

Administrative Assistant

Elaine Bennett is committed to supporting older adults and advancing the goals of Longevity Scripts. In her role as Administrative Assistant, her precise attention to detail and commitment to accuracy play a crucial role in enabling the team to deliver superior care to clients. Her extensive background spans over 30 years and includes roles in public sector civil service as well as positions with not-for-profit long-term care providers, equipping her with deep expertise in client services. Elaine lives in Kissimmee, Florida with her husband and loves to travel and share her adventures.
